I started Weight Watchers last week; 20 lbs to lose and with the fear of public shaming I will move forward; I must say the list of Zero point foods is large; turnip, fish, fruit, chicken, almost all vegetables (excluding potatoes, avocados and a few others but there is a surprising array of go-ahead foods. I am allowed 23 points where most males will be allowed almost twice as much. I had a great week and lost 4.2 lbs. (You can have your glass of wine with dinner or save up some points each days and have your left over points if you are going out for dinner.so you don’t need to weigh, measure, or track any of them. Enjoy! yellow cocktail dresses
