Always wanted to visit here & loved it however there are some bits that put a downer on the experience.
Me & my partner had a basic ticket booked through a package holiday however we paid to upgrade to the premium package upon arrival use of towel, robe, slippers (actually turned out they were flipflops), extra face mask and 1st drink free, and I considered it a total waste of money. ice blue bridesmaid dresses
Our towels, robes & flipflops were taken by others (not saying they were taken maliciously
...
but probably in error as there’s so many & there all the same) so we had to walk through the freezing cold & to reception to get new ones.
The face mask that is included in the basic package was actually loads better than the one in the premium package & the amount you pay for a drink is loads less than the upgrade fee so it doesn’t really warrant it.
I would recommend people just pay for the basic package and take there own towels - wasn’t even in the robe or flip flops for 5 mins so was pointless.
The pool seems really busy but I think that’s because most people stay at the front as you can’t actually see the back but when we found our way to the back through the mist/steam is was much less busy so it was nicer.
We ate at the lava restaurant and the service could of been more welcoming but food was gorgeous.
Also, the gift shop is also really expensive and for a small bottle of the silica mask it worked out about £75 �.
Overall enjoyed it and glad I experienced it �.
